Thank you for shopping with The Oasis Juice Bar! We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed after cutoff time 2 PM will be processed the next business day.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We currently offer the shipping options listed at check out

we cannot guarantee delivery time any further than the extents of the shipping company.

🚚 Note: We currently ship perishable but do not suggest buying if you live in these states due to shipping time ( California, Washington, Oregon, Utah, Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona, Texas, Idaho, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts )

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected delivery method. Free shipping may be available on orders over $75.

4. Local Delivery & Pickup

Local Delivery: We offer delivery within 20 Miles of out zip code 30067. Delivery fees may apply.
In-Store Pickup: Free pickup is available at our location during business hours. You will be notified when your order is ready.

5. Perishable Product Handling

To ensure freshness:

All juices and fresh items are packaged with insulation and include ice packs (where necessary).
Deliveries should be received promptly. We are not responsible for items left unrefrigerated after delivery.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Delays and Exceptions

We are not liable for delays caused by:

Weather conditions
Carrier delays
Natural disasters or other uncontrollable events

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you as best as we can.
